which is at Vieux Fort (approx. 40 miles south of Castries).And
the George Charles International Island Airport which is just
outside Castries.

Airport departure tax
Yes, please don't forget, that there is a departure tax for all
passengers over the age of 12, leaving the island.
EC$ 54.00 or US$ 22.00.
Airport Transfers
Taxis are available from the Hewanorra airport to Castries and
the north of the island and should cost approximately (EC$ 120
for up to 4 people).
The most economical way to travel is on the Public transport.
You must however walk your luggage to the main road. The trip
to Castries will cost approximately $8.00 EC, but it will take
twice as long to get there than by taxi or shuttle.
